  • Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. For first time check-ins, after parking, we invite you to come around the building to the front entrance Lobby. This is where you can access the hotel elevator.

  • All towels and robes must stay in the rooms and not be taken off-site to the spa or beach. Thank you for your understanding!

  • We have hotel parking located at the back of our building. Upon arrival, please enter the driveway to the left of our building and look for spots with β€œDorchester Guests” parking signs. In the event our hotel lot is full, we have additional complimentary parking a few blocks away HERE. Our Front Desk will be happy to assist you with directions.

  • If you are travelling with an electric vehicle and wondering where you can charge up - please find the closest stations HERE and ask our Front Desk if you need assistance.

  • Our Concierge Team is on site daily in our lobby, and available to assist you leading up to and during your stay. In the event you need after-hours assistance while staying with us, please call 705 888 2157.

  • Vaping and smoking cigarettes or cannabis are not permitted anywhere at The Dorchester.

  • Hold the remote pointed at the wall-mounted thermostat and use it to change the temperature settings as needed.

  • No pets allowed - guests are not allowed to bring any pets onto the premises, unless they are a certified Service animal. Thank you for your understanding!

  • The Dorchester is conveniently located steps to all of Collingwood’s best restaurants. Click HERE to view a curated list of our favourite spots.

  • Elevate your experience with curated packages & exclusive rates with our favourite local partners! From Scandinave Spa, to Georgian Hills Winery, we have something for everyone! Get in touch with our Front Desk prior to your arrival for us to coordinate your experience for you.

  • If you are travelling with a group and are looking to block off rooms in advance, please get in touch with our Front Desk for assistance.
